See Ya Later!

With the completion of "Rebuilt," all of my storylines have been tied up.  Because of this, I have decided to take a break from this blog for a while so I can work on other things.

It has shocked me how many people have read my little stories over the last year and a half and I want to say that I appreciate every single person who has taken the time to read any of my posts.

I will continue to post monthly on my other blog, Club Penguin Thoughts, so I am by no means disappearing.  I hope I can find the time to come back here at some point, but, if not, it has been a pleasure.

Rebuilt (4): Ending at the Beginning

It was nearly midnight now as the six set out with Gary on their mysterious mission.  Corner after corner, alley after alley, side street after side street.  No one asked what G's plan was.  No one spoke at all.

Eventually, the group entered a cluster of trees.  In they went, crunching twigs as the foliage began to surround them.  After about ten minutes, they came to a clearing.  G went to the center of it and drug his left foot in a circle.  Beneath him, in the snow, wood appeared.  As the six knelt to the ground and brushed the snow away from the shiny oak, a trap door was revealed.  Gary dug for one of his various keychains in his coat and unlocked the hatch, pulling it upwards and descending the ladder to go inside the room below.

Rebuilt (3): Meetings and Memories

The guard stood there, resilient.  From Dot's awkward angle, it was not clear who his arrow was specifically aimed at; however, it was clear that it would hit one of them if he let his arrow fly.

"Come along quietly now and no one has to get hurt," he said.

"Fine, fine.." Jet Pack Guy said as he slowly raised his hands, surenderring.

Or, at least, that's what it was supposed to look like.

Rebuilt (2): On the Bright Side

It was pitch black in the hallway as Dot yelled for Gary and Jet Pack Guy.  She slowly moved forward, her hands sliding along the right wall in order to keep some sort of bearing on her surroundings.  She bumped into her two fellow agents within moments and linked her hands with the two of them in order to prevent seperation.

"What's happening, Dot?" asked Jet Pack Guy, his voice barely above a whisper.

Dot responded quickly.  "Rookie just finished taunting me.  His ragtag rebels are back and they're taking over right now.  He's locked the other agents up and left us in play because he thinks this is all a game.  We need to find our way out of here and figure out exactly what they're doing."

Rebuilt (1): Unresolved Issues

Please Note: This story relates to every single story I have written before.  Go read them all if you want to understand every detail of this story.

And, yet, the paperwork kept coming.

Dot sat at her desk, stamping document after document, making marks and scribbles where marks and scribbles were due.

It had been five hours since the Caster had made her demands and the EPF was still doing all of the necessary duties that went with transferring over power.  Or, more specifically, three people were left completing all those necessary elements; all of the standard protocol agents had been called to a meeting with the Director, leaving senior agents Dot, Gary, and Jet Pack Guy on the job.

Quest for the Golden Puffle 3 (7): Merry Meeting

The Migrator sat at the shore of the beach, snow piling up along its sides in great heaps.  Perhaps when the Caster had sent the island into a never ending snow storm, she did not see the possible use for said snow, as Alaska and Yukon now climbed the cold, stiff mound - which made an excellent ladder - up to the deck of the ship.

Quest for the Golden Puffle 3 (6): Pirate Plot

The heavy snow had turned into a full-on blizzard as Alaska and Yukon quietly exited the Everyday Phoning Facility.  Before long, paths would be blocked and penguins would be isolated.  This truly was a crisis situation.
